SEATTLE — The Luke Apartments, at 2119 23rd Ave. W., sold for just under $4.5 million, according to King County records.
The seller was Lee Properties LLC, which had owned the property for decades.
The buyer was Luke Apartments LLC, which is associated with developer Preston Walls. Public records indicate a loan from Coastal Community Bank.
Brokers were not announced. The transaction was worth about $299,900 per unit.
Developed on a quarter acre in 1972, the three-story building has 15 units and 15 covered parking stalls. The corner property faces a greenbelt and the Port of Seattle/BNSF industrial area of Interbay.
Walls and MAS Architecture filed a plan in July to add one unit to the Luke.
