SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 4311 Dayton Ave. N. has sold for just over $2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 9527 A&D LLC which acquired the property in 2000 for $491,000.

The buyer was 4311 Dayton LLC, which is associated with developer Preston Walls, who has filed a plan to add another unit.

Brokers were not announced. The deal was worth about $410,000 per unit.

Developed in 1972 on a 5,500-square-foot midblock parcel, the three-story building has five units and six parking spaces. Two of the structured parking spaces will be replaced with a new apartment.
