It’s November, and we’re well on our way to bringing the Dexter Ave property into the modern age. With fresh drywall, new doors and a new coat of paint, our construction team is really bringing this building back to life. Let’s discuss what we’ve been doing.

Scope of Work: Here is a breakdown of the progress on Dexter Ave since our last update.

- Common area upgrades
- Walls in the common area have continued to see a fresh coat of paint
- Exterior lighting has been replaced, greatly increasing visibility for tenants
- Entry door replacement has started taking place
- Tree canopy trimming completed and we are starting the landscape design process
- Increased structural support for roof deck in the ’02/’03/’04 stack
- Common area upgrades
Window work was completed in the ’02/’03 stack

- ’04 stack will be finished this week
- Insulation has also begun in the ’02/’03 stack
- Penthouse – framing is complete, plumbing and electrical has started
Financing: Our second draw with Seattle Bank will take place this week.
Additional Unit – Permit Update: Expectation is that we will hear from the review near the end of the calendar year with hopes to start this unit at the beginning of 2020.
What’s Next?: The following are projects to be completed over the next several weeks.
