As many of you know, we finalized our purchase of The Brickley in Mid-February, and we’re making way to start the development of this project. The Brickley is located in Ballard, on NW 59th St, just steps from the Ballard Ave retail district. Additionally, this project has taken on a unique set of investors, as our staff was given the opportunity to invest in this property alongside our accredited investors.

 

Next Steps: We’ve closed on the property, and Property Management has been set up. The construction team will begin the demolition of vacant units as the COVID-19 compliance permits in our area. We are also submitting for our long-term construction permits for the garage unit. Typically these take 4-6 months to process with the city.
