🌟 Unlocking Homes, Building Hope: Our Free Apartment Program
We are thrilled to continue our initiative that goes beyond property management — it’s about fostering community, extending a helping hand, and making a lasting impact on lives. Our property management company is proud to continue our Free Apartment Program, a collaborative effort in 2023 with Abundance of Hope and the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
IRC provides multifaceted and high-impact solutions to families affected by devastating humanitarian crises in 50+ countries and over 25 cities around the world. They work to shape humanitarian policy and practice with the goal of improving lives from all over the world.
Abundance of Hope Center is a family lead organization, founded and operated by African American women and other minority groups. AofH was established in 2008 as a labor of love for youth slipping through the cracks; most of which were disproportionately people of color and LGBTQIA people despite being the minority of the community. AofH staff includes members who have personally faced and overcome many of the same barriers as our most at-risk youth, and are committed to inclusion and equity in practices, policy, and programming.

Our Free Apartment Program is a testament to our commitment to creating positive change in the world. Through this initiative, we have partnered with Abundance of Hope and the International Rescue Committee to provide fully furnished apartments to families in need. These families, often facing challenges of displacement and resettlement, will now have a place to call home as they rebuild their lives.
